My attitude to scholars
In my opinion the most important aspect of teaching mathematics is to carry the beauty and the simplicity of the theme while valuing the study speed of an particular student. I rely on believing in each learner, that everyone owns the capability to comprehend and do the maths delivered to her or him. I strongly believe that the intention of teaching is to equip every learner with abilities and logical argument to function and succeed in community. That is why I wish to serve my children respectfully as well as to be as assistant as I can be in the learning process meantime imposing them to find other ways of thinking and fresh concepts and theories. I will follow each specific student's needs within reason of what exactly is real and what means are available in the classroom. I will expect to spend as much or more effort and time as I await from my learners. I will accept that I get as much to uncover yearly like my students, and I will be open enough to receive criticism and ready for new techniques of educating in an attempt to reach all learning styles.
Mentoring and learning together
I view my position at this level as a professional, far in the same manner their actual school teachers are, yet also as an additional provider of back up and assistance. My purpose is that of a mentor because I do not teach the whole day day of classes like my grand teacher does, therefore, I may be a resource the students can choose to obtain extra help or can count on to get back up. My purpose is also that of a scholar, so I see myself as an extension of my children, I am definitely learning with all of them what it really means to be an effective mathematics teacher.
No extra worksheets
In contrast to many tutoring organisations in Bedfordale, during the regular academic year, I actually represent the information that the child obtains in his/her lesson. In other words, I tend not to require that scholars do extra worksheets and homework which are not actually component of the learner's maths lesson, but instead, I coach the student in fields of his/her mathematics lesson which can be really difficult as clarity and intensity of understanding, use of topics, and test-taking strategies. Everything I do is referred straightly to helping the student to better understand the material from the mathematics course of study that they are getting and in order to increase the grade in that class.
